The ladies section have their competition days on Saturdays and Tuesdays, Saturday being for business ladies and run as a roll up. The Tuesday ladies have the tee booked from 8:30-10:00 am and there are sign-up sheets in the locker rooms to book your groups.

The ladies have four big competitions throughout the year, the Spring and Autumn meeting, the Reiss Trophy/Club Championship and Lady Captain's Day. Alongside this, there are the summer and winter knockout competitions for 5 and 7-day members plus a number of pairs competitions.

There are a number of mixed competitions run by the ladies throughout the year, and several mixed matches against other local Clubs.

The ladies have a scratch team that competes in the Hertfordshire County Ovaltine scratch league and have been successful over the past few years winning their league last year and narrowly losing out in the finals.

The Ladies' Pearson team has had similar success making it through to the semi-finals and then final in 2019 only losing out by one match.
